Subject: [PATCH] fix: regenerate the lockfile with npm 10 so npm ci passes on
 Node 22

next-intl pulls @swc/helpers 0.5.23, and the lockfile written by npm 12 (Node 24)
left it out, which npm 10 on the CI and in the Dockerfile rejects.
