fix(admin): o botao de escolher dominio dizia "Adicionar"

Na lista de dominios, o botao de cada linha dizia "Adicionar" para um dominio
que ja estava la, e "Status" depois de clicado. Nao faz nem uma coisa nem
outra: escolhe sobre qual dominio as accoes de baixo actuam. Passa a dizer
Selecionar / Selecionado.

Removida tambem a string reconcileNotImplemented, que afirmava que a
verificacao de registos individuais ainda nao existia. Existe desde que o
endpoint de verify passou a consultar resolvedores publicos, e ja nao estava
a ser usada em lado nenhum.
