Merges the first F2 sub-project: a real :143 IMAP listener with Argon2id
auth, folder listing/selection, message FETCH (real ENVELOPE/BODY[] from
stored MIME), and flag STORE. Verified end-to-end with a real go-imap/v2
client against a message seeded through F1's SMTP path. See commit
9fa1929 for full details.
